If you’ve just stumbled here by accident, this is the blog of Cxi.

Cxi was created at the start of 2016 in order to disseminate an alternative approach to IT service; one that focuses on the customer experience and innovation. This approach is called trichromy and it helps IT service functions to integrate into digitally transforming organisations.

You’ll find that Cxi are quite critical of ITIL and ITSM, particularly in respect of the way in which such frameworks conceive of front-line IT. Cxi prefer to write about post-ITSM or, if you must have an acronym, perhaps DITS (Digital IT Support) will do.
